Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Job Location: Chicago, IL

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range $60hr - $65hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 3-5 years of overall experience in the IT industry.
  • 2-3 years of specific experience in Salesforce.com development (coding) and implementation, administration, and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, OmniStudio, Integrations, Visualforce, and Lightning.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical execution of the Salesforce solution.
  • Guide developers and review designs and code.
  • Enforce development standards and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with the Technical Architect to turn architectural direction into working solutions.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in the healthcare payer domain.
  • Experience in Java/.NET development.
  • Experience with MuleSoft/Informatica/Boomi/Data Loader ETL.

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

  • Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Dev 1) and AppBuilder Certification.
