Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Agentforce, Salesforce AI capabilities, and Salesforce platform development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations to support business transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Lightning Aura Components.
  • Implement and configure Agentforce solutions including AI-powered agents, workflows, and conversational experiences.
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and admins to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionalities.
  • Build scalable automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Agentforce orchestration capabilities.
  • Optimize Salesforce platform performance, security, and data integrity.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and production support activities.
  • Support CI/CD processes using Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or related DevOps tools.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases, Agentforce enhancements, and AI-driven platform capabilities.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Development.
  • Hands-on experience with Agentforce and Salesforce AI functionalities.
  • Expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Async Processing.
  • Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows and automation tools.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
