Job Summary:
RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead Salesforce Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will lead development efforts, mentor junior team members, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, innovative solutions tailored to business needs.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.
• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions that align with Salesforce best practices and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
• Oversee the development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, and deployment using DevOps pipelines.
• Optimize and maintain existing Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
• Develop and manage system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
• Create technical documentation and provide support for ongoing maintenance and user training.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and declarative tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration methods such as REST, SOAP APIs, and third-party tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce data models, workflows, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification.
• Proven ability to build and manage complex Salesforce configurations and codebases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Git-based workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification (required).
Preferred:
• Additional certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer are highly desirable.
