Details:
  • Onsite in Boston 5 days per week.
  • Must have good communication and presentation skills as this resource will be interacting with the customer and senior stakeholders
  • Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) experience is a must have
  • Salary:
    • 7-9 Years relevant experience: $140-150k gross ($127-136k base)
    • 10-12 years relevant experience: $165-175k gross ($137-151k base)
  • Interview Process: 3 rounds

    • We will try to get the second and third round done in-person on the same day, depending on managers availability

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical teams, ensuring alignment with best practices, and delivering scalable solutions to meet business needs.
The role demands a combination of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Salesforce products and architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development
  • Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end development process, including customization, configuration, and integration of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
Technical Leadership
  • Guide a team of Salesforce developers, ensuring quality delivery of technical solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Integration and Customization
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and Salesforce Connect.
  • Implement custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.
System Administration and Maintenance
  • Monitor and maintain system performance, security, and data integrity.

Stakeholder Engagement

Required Skills and Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development and administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
Technical Expertise
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Public Sector Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products like Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and third-party tools.
