Lead Salesforce Developer - Dallas, TX - Fulltime

Requirements:

  • Build scalable solutions using Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, SOQL/SOSL
  • Define architecture patterns, integration strategies, and data models
  • Review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers

DevOps & CI/CD

  • Design and implement Salesforce DevOps pipelines using tools like:
    • GitHub Actions / GitLab CI
    • Copado / Gearset / AutoRABIT
  • Manage version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments
  • Implement test automation, static code analysis, and release governance
  • Drive shift-left testing and continuous delivery practices

Agentic AI & Automation

  • Design and implement agentic workflows using AI agents for:
    • Customer service automation
    • Sales insights & lead qualification
    • Workflow orchestration
  • Integrate Salesforce with AI platforms (LLMs, APIs, vector DBs)
