We are seeking a Salesforce Lead Developer to support a government-contracted contact center by leading the design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. This role ensures the platform is stable, secure, and optimized for daily operations, including case management, reporting, workflow automation, and integrations. The Lead Developer provides technical leadership, oversees development standards, and collaborates with program and operations teams to support mission-critical customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions that support contact center operations.
  • Build and maintain Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and automated workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with government and organizational standards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements, upgrades, and new feature deployments.

  • Oversee code reviews, documentation, and adherence to development best practices.
  • Support release management, testing cycles, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and API integrations.
  • Experience supporting complex Salesforce environments or multi-cloud implementations.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, or Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect).
  • Experience supporting government programs or regulated environments.
  • Background in enterprise-scale integrations or event-driven architectures.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices and cross-functional collaboration.
