About the Role / Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Lead with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, lead-to-cash processes, and Salesforce CPQ or a similar quoting/pricing tool to lead the design, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end quoting, pricing, and revenue workflows, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline sales, billing, and operational processes, and ensuring these align with SaaS business models, including subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ or similar quoting/pricing solutions.
  • Design scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud and quoting solutions, including lead management, lead pipeline management, opportunity management, product configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, usage-based pricing, guided selling, and approvals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, performant technical solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ or similar tools, and integrated systems such as ERP and billing platforms.
  • Own and optimize lead-to-cash business processes across Salesforce and connected systems.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and admins.
  • Drive system integration strategies with ERP, billing, and other third-party platforms.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design artifacts, and data models.
  • Ensure system reliability, data integrity, and security compliance across Salesforce solutions.
  • Drive best practices around DevOps, testing, and change management.
  • Partner with marketing and legal teams on integrations with HubSpot, Marketo, and CLM tools such as Ironclad.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform with 3+ years of CPQ or similar quoting/pricing implementation and architecture experience.
  • Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, lead pipeline management, and lead-to-cash processes.
  • Strong understanding of quoting and pricing capabilities, including product configuration, pricing engines, discounting, quoting, contracts, renewals, amendments, and subscriptions.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS-specific use cases such as subscriptions, renewals, and amendments.
  • Proficient in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Flow.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations to ERP systems like NetSuite.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
  • Experience with CLM tools such as Ironclad.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and governor limits.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist and Salesforce Platform Developer I or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or subscription-based business models.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, quote-to-cash processes, and CLM tools.
  • Experience with CPQ APIs or custom pricing engines.
  • Prior experience with SaaS metrics and ARR/MRR workflows.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or Boomi.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and/or a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. $168,000-$252,000 USD
