Role Summary
The Salesforce Administrator Business Systems Analyst (Junior Level) supports the organization’s Salesforce platform by maintaining system functionality, improving data quality, and enabling business users through automation and reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring Salesforce is optimized to support business operations, sales processes, and decision making.

This position partners with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, supports day to day Salesforce administration, and delivers insights through reporting and analytics. The role requires a proactive mindset with a focus on continuous learning, process optimization, and user enablement.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, and permission sets to ensure appropriate access and security
• Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards to support business needs
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor data quality and business performance
• Provide day to day support to Salesforce users including troubleshooting and training on best practices
• Perform ongoing data quality tasks including deduplication and data integrity maintenance
• Evaluate new Salesforce release features and recommend process and system improvements
• Support enhancements to existing business systems and assist with implementation of new functionality
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to understand business processes and align system capabilities

Key Requirements
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required with limited hands on experience
• 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration or IT support environment
• Working knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality and basic configuration
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools or platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Understanding of data modeling concepts and data quality best practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail
