We are seeking an experienced Technical Marketing Operations Manager to serve as the end-to-end owner of our Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance. This is a hybrid business + technical marketing operations role - not a traditional Technical Program Manager (TPM) position. The ideal candidate combines marketing strategy with hands-on platform execution, independently administering SFMC while building sophisticated email campaigns, lifecycle journeys, and automation at scale

You'll primarily support Marketing initiatives while collaborating with business development, customer success, and operational teams on cross-functional email projects.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and administer the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform end-to-end, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
- Design, build, and execute targeted email campaigns and lifecycle marketing programs across multiple business lines
- Maintain active customer journeys and ensure seamless execution across all lifecycle stages
- Build and manage audience segments and data extensions for targeted campaign delivery
- Implement marketing automation best practices and optimize campaign workflows
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and build scalable solutions
- Transform strategic marketing goals into actionable, measurable technical requirements
- Serve as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution
- Manage expectations across cross-functional teams while balancing operational and project work
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and data engineering teams to define audience segmentation requirements
- Understand how data flows into SFMC and how lists/audiences are structured
