Job Title: Senior Salesforce Engineer

Location: Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX
Local Candidates Only

Experience: 8+ Years

Required Skills:
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, Platform Events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and enterprise integrations.
  • Strong experience in technical solution design, debugging, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and production support.
  • Hands-on experience with code reviews, engineering standards, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
  • Must be a current hands-on Salesforce Engineer actively involved in coding and technical problem-solving.
  • Experience working in large enterprise or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with globally distributed teams.
