Job description

Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer

Location: Phoenix AZ or NYC Onsite

Key Expectations:

  • 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce engineering experience across Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, platform events, asynchronous processing, and enterprise integrations.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce platform internals including governor limits, transaction management, security/sharing model, performance optimization, and large-scale data handling.
  • Ability to independently drive solution design discussions and make sound tradeoff decisions between declarative features and custom engineering solutions.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise-grade integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and external platforms.
  • Strong debugging, root-cause analysis, and production support skills in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to critically analyze requirements, identify design gaps early, and challenge incomplete or non-scalable solutions.
  • Strong code review discipline, engineering standards mindset, and focus on resiliency, quality, and operational excellence.

Modern Salesforce Experience Preferred:

  • Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Agent force / Einstein AI capabilities
  • CRM Analytics / AI-driven workflows
  • Experience enabling unified customer profiles, identity resolution, and AI-ready data models
  • Exposure to event-driven and near real-time architectures
