We are seeking a technically strong and solution-oriented Salesforce Developer to join our Product & UX Technology team. Every day you will make a difference in the lives of others by supporting strategic initiatives focused on student success, operational efficiency, automation, and AI-driven workflow modernization. You will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, integrations, CI/CD automation, version control systems, and emerging AI-assisted development tools.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, analysts, and developers to deliver scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions, so you need to be collaborative, proactive, and capable of communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
NOTE: This is an in-person, hybrid position. You must be able to reliably commute to Scottsdale, AZ.
Essential Duties:
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Support modernization efforts for coaching and student engagement platforms within Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain automation solutions that reduce manual administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term platform strategy and technical roadmap planning.
  • Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using modern DevOps practices.
  • Manage source control and branching strategies using Git-based repositories.
  • Work with AI-assisted development platforms and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to improve developer productivity and accelerate solution delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
  • Perform code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and production support activities.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to system architecture, integrations, deployment processes, and application functionality.
