Job Summary

Digital Mass is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, with a deep understanding of the platform's capabilities and best practices. Responsibilities include leading project teams, designing and implementing solutions, conducting requirement analysis, and providing strategic guidance to optimize Salesforce functionalities. The Senior Salesforce Consultant will also mentor junior consultants, manage client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and Salesforce certifications are essential.


Essential Functions

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware tools.
  • Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce platform.
