Job Description
Salesforce Consultant – Card Member Marketing SaaS
Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Consultant with deep expertise in Card Member Marketing and Software as a Service SaaS solutions using Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce based marketing solutions tailored to card member engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions for Card Member Marketing campaigns and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations.
  • Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud to support targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Integrate third party SaaS platforms with Salesforce to enhance campaign automation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex triggers as needed.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI, GDPR).
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and admins.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights using Salesforce reports and dashboards.
Required Skills Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), including configuration and customization.
