About the Role:

We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruiting team and the candidates moving through our hiring process. This role will serve as a face of the Ovative brand from the very first candidate touchpoint, partner closely with Sr. Recruiters on day-to-day recruiting operations, and actively look for ways to make our process smarter - using AI, automation, and a proactive mindset to eliminate friction and drive efficiency across our recruiting workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Operations

  • Manage portions of full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles (primarily early-career and junior positions), including:

  • Posting roles and managing applicant flow

  • Screening resumes and conducting phone screens

  • Coordinating interviews and debriefs

  • Managing candidate communication and scheduling

  • Maintain an excellent candidate experience that reflects Ovative values and our inclusive culture.

  • Keep Workday data and pipelines clean and up to date (status changes, notes, tags, and reporting fields).

  • Partner with Sr. Recruiters and TS leadership on offer letter prep, and pre-onboardinglogistics.

  • Support university/early talent and other volume pipelines as needed (campaigns, events,logistics, follow-up).

Process, Automation, and AI

  • Quickly learn our current tools and workflows (Workday, calendaring, assessments, templates)- thenask"what if we didn't do it this way?"

  • Identifymanual, repetitive steps (e.g., scheduling, basic email templates, data pulls) that could be streamlinedand bring forward ideas to do so.

  • Help create andmaintainplaybooks, SOPs, and quick-reference guides for new processes and tools.

  • Bring a continuous improvement mindset - surfacewhat'sworking,what'snot, and propose practical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-2yearswork experiencedemonstratingability to deliver significant impact

  • Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple roles, candidates, and stakeholders with attention to detail

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools (e.g., Workday, reporting tools, AI platforms)

  • Experience using Excel/Sheets or similar tools for basic tracking, reporting, or analysis

  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with candidates and internal partners

  • Demonstrated commitment toDEI

Pay Transparency:

At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus. Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.

For this entry-level Analyst position, the base salary is $60,000. In addition, there is an annual bonus opportunity of up to 10% of base salary ($6,000).
