About the Role
We're looking for an experienced SEO Lead to oversee strategy and execution across multiple client accounts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and execution. You'll work closely with clients, content teams, developers, and designers to drive rankings, traffic growth, and measurable business outcomes.
We're looking for someone who combines strong SEO fundamentals with a forward-thinking mindset. The ideal candidate stays informed on emerging trends in AI-driven search, including AI Overviews, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and the evolving ways users discover information online.
This role may manage one or more SEO team members and serves as a key leader within our growing SEO department.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive rankings, organic traffic, lead generation, and business growth
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Collaborate with content, development, and design teams to execute SEO initiatives
  • Create and manage long-term content and optimization roadmaps
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and business outcomes
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local SEO initiatives
  • Analyze competitors, industry trends, and search opportunities
  • Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and changes in search behavior
  • Evaluate the impact of AI-driven search experiences and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Present findings, recommendations, and performance updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Mentor and support junior SEO team members when applicable

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of SEO experience managing competitive SEO campaigns and client accounts
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, local SEO, and on-page optimization
  • Experience managing multiple SEO projects or client accounts simultaneously
  • Experience using Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Trends, and Google Business Profile
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience communicating directly with clients and presenting recommendations

  • Familiarity with E-E-A-T principles and content strategy development
