You'll work closely with cross-functional PMG teams, including Client Strategy and Paid Media, to develop data-driven strategies that align with broader marketing goals. Whether it's conducting keyword research, technical SEO analysis, content, or audience strategy, your insights will help brands reach the right people at the right time.

  • Lead data-driven SEO strategies that help brands increase visibility, connect with their audiences, and improve performance across search engines.
  • Analyze search trends, user behavior, and competitive landscapes to uncover opportunities that fuel organic growth.
  • Conduct technical SEO audits, troubleshoot site health issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve crawlability, indexation, and overall performance.
  • Stay on top of algorithm updates, AI advancements, and emerging search trends, proactively evolving strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Looker Studio and GA4, helping teams and clients understand SEO's impact.
  • Manage and optimize SEO platforms, integrations, and reporting tools, ensuring teams have the best resources to execute their strategies.
  • Work closely with customer Paid Media, Content, Analytics, and Engineering teams to align SEO with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Accountable for program management and responsible for the successful execution of projects, supporting annual planning.
  • Provide training, guidance, and insights to customer and internal teams, helping expand SEO knowledge and influence across customers and PMG.
  • Utilize and build using PMG SEO tools, including AI and Alli integrations in the form of data analysis using SQL, alerts, reporting and audits.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 
  • Proven ability to leverage SEO content strategy and technical SEO to enhance search visibility and website performance.
  • Strong expertise in marketing metrics, planning, and analysis, ensuring data-driven decision-making for SEO strategies.
  • Experience managing project execution and workflow to deliver seamless and impactful SEO initiatives.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Screaming Frog, enabling comprehensive SEO audits and performance insights.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and structured data, allowing for improved on-page optimization and technical SEO implementation.
  • Skilled in content auditing, keyword analysis and brief creation, supporting the development of high-performing SEO strategies.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, GA4, Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, and tagging techniques to measure and refine SEO impact effectively.
  • Familiarity with AIO and LLM Reporting with a foundational understanding of how SEO integrates with AEO strategies.
