Job description

A Salesforce Consultant designs, implements, and optimizes Salesforce solutions tailored to business needs. This role collaborates closely with clients to gather requirements, customize Salesforce platforms, and provide expertise on best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage Salesforce technologies including CRM, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Industries.
  • Utilize Salesforce Lightning Platform, Data Cloud, Lightning Experience, and Administration tools to configure solutions.
  • Develop Salesforce components such as Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Visualforce Pages, and Apex REST Services.
  • Design and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
  • Manage CPQ and OmniStudio solutions including Apttus CPQ, Salesforce CPQ, product catalog management, pricing, quoting, contract lifecycle, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
  • Implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Bulk API 2.0, Platform Events, OAuth 2.0, MuleSoft, Named Credentials, SSO, and middleware.
  • Work with cloud and enterprise platforms such as AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Utilize CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, Copado, and Salesforce DX (SFDX) for deployment automation.
  • Oversee data and analytics efforts through Reports, Dashboards, Einstein Analytics, data migration, and data quality management tools.
  • Ensure security and governance compliance via Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Shield Platform Encryption, and governance standards.

  • 5+ years in Salesforce consulting
