W2 Contract - Salesforce Workforce Management Business Development Consultant.  

St. Louis. MO - W2 Contract

The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Salesforce Workforce Management domain expertise, workflow automation experience, telecom industry understanding, client relationship management, and solution consulting capabilities.

This role will focus on driving business opportunities, engaging with client stakeholders, identifying transformation initiatives, and supporting workforce management and automation solution positioning across field operations and service delivery organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business development initiatives related to Salesforce Workforce Management, Automation, and Field Service solutions
  • Engage with Telecom business and technology stakeholders to identify digital transformation and workflow automation opportunities
  • Support solution positioning, proposal development, client presentations, and strategic account growth
  • Collaborate with delivery, architecture, automation, and sales teams to develop scalable workforce management solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow optimization, technician productivity improvements, and operational efficiency
  • Support pre-sales activities including requirement gathering, workshops, demos, solution discussions, and RFP responses
  • Work closely with Salesforce and partner teams to align automation and workforce management solutions with business objectives
  • Understand customer pain points related to scheduling, dispatch, field operations, work order management, and service delivery
  • Promote solutions leveraging Salesforce Flows, Workflow Automation, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams for solution planning and execution support
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Salesforce Workforce Management and Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
  • Experience with Salesforce Automation, Workflow Rules, Salesforce Flows, and Service Cloud
  • Strong understanding of workforce scheduling, dispatch, field operations, and business process automation
  • Experience in business development, pre-sales, or solution consulting roles
  • Telecom or Cable industry experience preferred
  • Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and large transformation programs
  • Ability to identify automation-driven operational improvements and business value
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative selling skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications preferred
  • Experience supporting telecom clients is a plus
  • Knowledge of REST API integrations, enterprise workflows, and automation frameworks
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies
