Overview

CTG is seeking to fill a Global Events Contractor position for our client.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Duration: 12+ months, with possibility of extension

Key Highlights:

  • Lead coordination and execution support for global trade shows, conferences, and branded events
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics across multiple regions, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Support budgeting, tracking, reporting, and post-event analysis
  • Coordinate shipment, tracking, and lifecycle management of event products and assets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams and external agencies to deliver high-impact event experiences

Duties:

  • Support planning and execution of global event programs and industry trade shows
  • Assist with participation in major conferences and external events
  • Coordinate communications and logistics across internal teams, regional stakeholders, and agencies
  • Organize, track, ship, and manage event materials and assets across business units
  • Support vendor coordination, budgeting, and resource management
  • Assist with event performance reporting and post-event recaps
  • Contribute to improving attendee engagement and event experience design

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency required)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
