Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $45 - $50 per hour on W2
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of global events, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and brand standards. The successful candidate will manage all logistical aspects of events and collaborate with various internal teams to create impactful experiences. This position requires a proactive and independent individual with a strong vision for event excellence and a proven ability to build and shape a growing event function.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global event strategies.
  • Manage all event logistics, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on agenda and content development.
  • Lead event marketing and communications efforts.
