About the Role
The Sr. Event Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing the companyโ€™s event program, including national and regional tradeshows, sales meetings, customer events, educational programs, and executive-level engagements. The position works closely with Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to support event delivery, vendor coordination, and participant experience.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support the development and execution of enterprise event strategy aligned to marketing, sales, and business goals.
  • Execute assigned events and program elements based on established plans, timelines, and direction from leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics for tradeshows, sales meetings, customer events, and educational programs (in-person and virtual).
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, task trackers, and event timelines.
  • Track and report trade show performance KPIs, including pipeline impact, engagement, and attendance.
  • Compile event data and support post-event reporting; escalate insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure consistent brand, messaging, and customer experience across all events.
  • Coordinate event staff, contractors, and vendors; track deliverables and follow up as needed.
  • Provide direction to onsite event staff and vendors as needed to support smooth event execution.
  • Maintain trade show timelines while tracking, monitoring, and reconciling event budgets and expenses.
  • Ensure events are executed according to established timelines, budget parameters, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, Operations) to support event execution.
  • Serve as a point of contact for event logistics and coordination updates; escalate issues and risks to leadership as appropriate.
  • Provide coordination support for executive participation, including calendars, briefing documents, and onsite execution.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, contracts, and regulations.
  • Proactively identify event issues, escalate to appropriate stakeholders, and assist in resolution efforts.
  • Assist with continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on processes, tools, and event execution.
  • Oversee event platforms, including registration systems, CRM data entry, and lead capture processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and coordination with Sales for lead handoff.
  • Maintain accurate lead data entry and support timely handoff to Sales for follow-up.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • 4+ years of event coordination experience, including support of large or complex events.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating event logistics, vendors, and cross-functional activities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience tracking event budgets, expenses, and supporting reconciliation processes.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM and event technology platforms; Salesforce preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues and support resolution.
  • Ability to follow established processes and execute within defined plans and timelines.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing assigned responsibilities.
