Job description

Globality is the autonomous sourcing platform to manage the entire intake to award process.
At Globality, we build agentic technology that transforms how global enterprises source goods and services - autonomously, at scale, and without the inefficiencies that have defined procurement for decades. Our platform interprets purchase intent, generates sourcing materials, evaluates suppliers, and executes negotiation strategies without manual intervention.
The Role
Globality is looking for a Sr. Event Marketing Manager who will be responsible for strategically planning and executing a diverse range of sponsored, hosted, and field events with a large emphasis on tradeshows. These events will be measured by their delivery of pipeline creation, great brand experiences and industry presence.
What You Will Do
  • Own end-to-end trade show and conference logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, staffing, metrics tracking, and on-site execution, ensuring high-quality experiences and results delivery
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies that engage prospects
  • Work effectively across GTM to provide campaign and demand programs for pre-event and post-event support, ensuring the delivery of event KPIs

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in event marketing or trade show management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
  • Proven history of managing trade shows and conferences end-to-end, including strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on-site leadership
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics, evaluate event ROI, and optimize programs based on performance insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the brand professionally at events
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action-comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proficiency in marketing and event tools (e.g., Eloqua, On24, Salesforce) is a plus

Why Globality
We're early to a massive shift. Enterprise procurement is one of the last major functions to be reshaped by AI-and it's happening now. This isn't incremental optimization. We're rebuilding how decisions get made and how trillions of dollars move through global enterprises.
The bar is high-and so is the talent. This team has built, run, and advised some of the world's most sophisticated organizations. We care about outcomes, not titles. The people who thrive here take ownership, move fast, and follow through.
You'll have real impact. This role is about creating a playbook, not maintaining. You'll define strategy, build from zero to one, and see your work translate directly into business impact.
We build together. In person. We're in the Palo Alto office four days a week because the best ideas-and the fastest decisions-happen face to face.
The anticipated annual pay scale for this position is $100,000-$200,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Globality's total compensation package for employees. This information is provided per the California Equal Pay Act. We are an equal opportunity employer and a participant in the E-Verify program. We believe diversity makes teams better and that discrimination based on race, gender, or anything else is self-defeating.
