NVIDIA is seeking a hardworking Global Event Security Manager to lead global special events, ensure the safety of employees and attendees, and deliver a world-class experience across the Americas, EMEA, APAC, India, and Israel. This role is based at NVIDIA's HQ office in Santa Clara, California.
What you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for end-to-end security planning of all large-scale company events
  • Conduct comprehensive risk reviews and threat assessments
  • Develop written security plans, SOPs, post orders, and incident playbooks
  • Establish incident response frameworks and stand up an event EOC
  • Manage guard force operations, to include vendor evaluation and selection
  • Deliver daily operational briefings and summaries
  • Liaise with venue security, local law enforcement, and emergency response entities
  • Collaborate with and support events, marketing, and IT teams
  • Manage budget, procurement, contracts, and invoicing
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire codes, and life-safety standards,
  • Produce post-event after-action reports, KPIs, and lessons learned
  • Traveling internationally to support higher-level events

What we need to see:
  • Bachelor of Science degree (or equivalent experience) in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Security Intelligence, or similar field of study
  • 8+ overall years in a similar role with a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency or multinational corporation
  • 3+ years experience leading teams for large special events
  • Industry methodologies and metrics defining excellence
  • Knowledge of security technology systems and concepts
  • Understand building and fire codes as well as other local safety regulations
  • Validated decision-making and discernment skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
  • Advanced training and industry recognized certification (CPP, PSP, etc.)
  • Professional proficiency in a second language

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 136,000 USD - 218,500 USD for Level 2, and 176,000 USD - 276,000 USD for Level 3.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
