Salesforce Solution Architect1Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ, Billing, Contracts, and Order Management.
  • Architect end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions leveraging Salesforce Revenue Cloud capabilities to meet business, financial, and operational objectives.
  • Design scalable and future-ready Salesforce architectures, including configuration, customization, integrations, and data migration strategies.
  • Lead technical design workshops to translate business requirements into detailed solution designs, system architecture, and technical specifications.
  • Define Salesforce architecture standards, best practices, and governance models to ensure solution consistency, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, administrators, and implementation teams.
  • Review solution designs, configurations, and code to ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, performance standards, and security guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and Project Management to deliver integrated Revenue Cloud solutions on time and within budget.
  • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce Revenue Cloud and downstream/upstream systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), finance, pricing, and provisioning platforms.
  • Evaluate new Salesforce Revenue Cloud features, releases, and complementary technologies, and recommend adoption strategies to improve business outcomes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, industry trends, and evolving Revenue Cloud capabilities to continuously enhance solution offerings.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including solution designs, data models, integration diagrams, and deployment plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex, enterprise-level issues related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational security, data privacy, and regulatory standards across all Salesforce solutions.
Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect with strong specialization in Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Contracts, and Order Management.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex, multi-system Quote-to-Cash solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
  • Experience working with enterprise integrations and ERP systems.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Architect and/or Revenue Cloud-related certifications are strongly preferred.
