Job description

Forbes Travel Guide is seeking a detail-oriented Integration Specialist to support our Salesforce ecosystem by managing and optimizing integrations between Salesforce and external platforms. This role focuses on building, configuring, testing and maintaining Salesforce-connected forms and digital experience workflows that support partner engagement and operational processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with Salesforce-integrated forms and digital experience platforms such as Titan Web, understands Salesforce data structures and declarative configuration, and is comfortable managing integrations that involve APIs, webhooks and middleware such as Workato.
This role is not a developer position and does not require Apex coding. Instead, the Integration Specialist will leverage Salesforce declarative tools and integration platforms to ensure reliable data flow, form functionality, and system connectivity across the FTG technology ecosystem.
FTG is the global authority on hospitality excellence. Known for our prestigious annual Star Ratings awarded to hotels, restaurants, spas, and cruise ships in more than 100 countries, we also provide professional services such as training, custom standards, inspections, verification programs and consulting for luxury hospitality and other businesses that prioritize guest/customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, configure, and maintain Salesforce-integrated forms and workflows, including platforms such as Titan, to support lead capture, operational processes, and partner interactions
• Manage and test integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, ensuring accurate data flow and reliable system connectivity
• Configure and maintain webhooks, middleware integrations, and automation workflows using platforms such as Workato
• Support the implementation and optimization of digital experience platforms connected to Salesforce, ensuring seamless user experiences and clean data capture
• Maintain Salesforce data hygiene by monitoring incoming data from forms and integrations, identifying duplicates or inconsistencies, and supporting processes that ensure accurate and reliable CRM data
• Perform integration testing, troubleshooting and QA to validate form submissions, API connections, and downstream automation
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure integrations align with business requirements
• Monitor integration performance, identify issues proactively, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability
• Maintain documentation for integrations, workflows, and system dependencies to support operational continuity
Qualifications
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification (Required)
• 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem
• Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Salesforce-integrated forms platforms (Titan experience strongly preferred)
• Experience working with webhooks, APIs, and middleware platforms such as Workato or similar integration tools
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures, objects, and Flow Builder
• Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and perform structured testing across connected systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote team environment
Nice-to-Have Skills
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II and/or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or marketing automation workflows
• Experience supporting lead capture workflows or marketing technology stacks integrated with Salesforce
• Experience documenting system architecture or integration workflows
