Job description

Job Title: Salesforce FSC Lead Developer - Only W2
Location: McLean, VA or Cincinnati, OH (100% Onsite – 5 Days/Week)
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite in McLean, VA or Cincinnati, OH. Candidates must live near either location and be available to work onsite five days per week.
Duration: 12+ Months Contract

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Lead Developer with expertise in Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Financial Services or Banking, leading the development of customer-facing Salesforce applications, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering scalable, secure solutions using Salesforce best practices.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of Salesforce development experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud (Communities).
  • Strong expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, SOQL, Salesforce Flows, and Lightning Web Runtime (LWR).
  • Experience developing customer-facing portals and digital banking/member-facing applications.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, Sharing Rules, and OWD.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using APIs (MuleSoft, Genesys Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar).
  • Experience troubleshooting high-volume applications, Platform Events, governor limits, and data integrity issues.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD, code reviews, unit testing, and Agile development.
    Salesforce Platform Developer certification is required.
  • Financial Services or Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
