Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence and Lead-to-Cash transformation for global manufacturing organizations.
  • Expertise in commercial processes including Marketing, Sales, CPQ, Digital Commerce, Aftermarket Parts, Inventory Management, Service Contracts, Field Service, Warranty, and Maintenance.
  • Proven experience leading business transformation initiatives for large-scale manufacturing enterprises, delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Hands-on expertise with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Experience Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Automotive Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Strong experience defining and executing AI strategy using Salesforce Agentforce across marketing, sales, service, CPQ, aftermarket, and channel/dealer ecosystems.
  • Ability to identify high-value AI opportunities, build business cases, ROI models, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations.
  • Experience in process transformation, operating model design, value realization, and enterprise change management within industrial, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, high-tech, or aftermarket sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management with experience working across business, IT, digital teams, and platform partners in complex enterprise environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Advise global manufacturing clients on Commercial Excellence (Lead-to-Cash) strategy, process transformation, and Salesforce-enabled business transformation.
  • Lead consulting engagements, client workshops, and transformation workstreams from strategy through execution.
  • Design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions leveraging Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Manufacturing/Automotive Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.
  • Define enterprise AI strategy for commercial functions, prioritize AI use cases, and develop pragmatic implementation roadmaps.
  • Conduct discovery workshops to identify AI opportunities and redesign business processes with AI-driven automation, predictive insights, and agent-assisted workflows.
  • Build robust business cases, ROI models, investment strategies, and executive presentations for AI and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive cross-functional process harmonization across sales, marketing, service, supply chain, pricing, finance, product, and field service.
  • Partner with business leaders and technology teams to align AI strategy with enterprise platforms, data foundations, and operating models.
  • Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, solution accelerators, GTM assets, and reusable consulting frameworks.
