As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will help clients transform the way they engage customers, manage operations, and build scalable digital ecosystems. You will work across industries and partner with leaders to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver Salesforce implementations that support long term business outcomes.
You will support full lifecycle delivery, from discovery through deployment. The role blends functional expertise, process analysis, and hands on configuration. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and client stakeholders to build solutions that are clear, maintainable, and aligned with platform best practices.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement and Discovery
• Facilitate workshops to understand goals, pain points, and process gaps.
• Translate business needs into user stories, process maps, and functional requirements.
• Evaluate current state systems and propose Salesforce based improvements.
• Communicate recommendations with clarity and credibility.
Solution Design and Configuration
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools including objects, flows, automations, and security.
• Support design decisions in partnership with technical architects.
• Conduct functional testing and support UAT.
• Develop documentation that supports adoption, training, and long term governance.
Delivery Leadership
• Lead functional workstreams within project teams.
• Manage day to day client interactions and provide structured updates.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support junior team members through coaching and quality review.
Collaboration Across Teams
• Work closely with developers, QA resources, and change management teams.
• Partner with cross cloud specialists to ensure solutions scale.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, frameworks, and delivery assets.
Experience in Specialized Capabilities
Manufacturing Cloud and advanced forecasting are valued but not required.
