Job description

Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures)

· Performs code review(s); serves as technical lead, as assigned.

· Build and maintain integrations between salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware and integration tools. (Eg – Mulesoft)

· Understands DevOps practices, Cl/CD (Gearset / Copado etc.) and version control systems

· Proficient with Salesforce data loader, workbench etc.

· Assures requirements are defined and approved, performs code reviews and ensures agency application development standards are met.

· Works with business area personnel to assure requirement(s) are thoroughly defined and approved

· Performs impacts analyses to identify interdependencies; assists with design reviews.

· Able to perform Salesforce admin tasks such as user support, data management, defining security standards, System configuration, data analytics, and automating processes

· Supports software deployment tasks in non-prod and prod environments.

Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 2-3 years in Omnistudio platform

· 5+ years experience with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, LWCs.

· 6 mos – 1 year Exp working on public sector solutions (Grants Management) – preferred

· Ability to guide teams to resolve issues related to Salesforce Omnistudio public sector foundation product

· Experience migrating data or designing new solutions on Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation platform.

· Experience in developing Experience Cloud sites.
