Location: Columbus, OH 

Rate: $85-90/hr on C2C

Lead Salesforce Developer/Architect 

 This role works closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to translate requirements into robust architectural designs and ensure the long‑term stability of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end‑to‑end technical design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS) , LPI data model and custom applications.
  • Develop and maintain architectural standards, integration patterns, and best practices for Salesforce and related systems.
  • Develop, customize, enhance salesforce applications using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, visualforce and SOQL/SOSL and Omnistudio Components (Flexcards, Omniscripts, DataRaptors, Integrations Procedures) 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs, ensuring alignment with platform capabilities and enterprise architecture.
  • Provide technical guidance to development teams, review code, and ensure adherence to design principles and security standards.
  • Oversee integration between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
  • Conduct impact assessments for new features, enhancements, and platform updates.
  • Ensure optimized system performance, data integrity, security controls, and compliance (including role hierarchy, sharing rules, and data governance).
  • Support deployment strategies, CI/CD processes, and environment management.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during requirement workshops, design reviews, and solution validation.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry best practices.
