We're looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead platform design and delivery across Sales and Service Cloud in a complex, enterprise environment.
Own Salesforce solution architecture across Sales and Service Cloud, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and enterprise standards
Design and deliver integrations between Salesforce and core back-office and contact center systems
Translate business requirements into scalable solutions — data models, workflows, configuration, and custom development
Define and enforce platform best practices across security, data quality, performance, and reusability
Provide technical leadership to internal and partner teams through design reviews, code reviews, and hands-on coaching
Shape the Salesforce technical roadmap, evaluating and adopting new platform capabilities including AI and automation
Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements
Support release planning, environment management, and CI/CD strategies
