Job description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the guidance and supervision of the Retail Sales Director, the Retail Sales Clerk will be responsible for day-to-day sales, and guest activity sign ups, at the Waterwheel Country Store, the Trading Post, and the Ranch Store. All Clerks will provide excellent guest service and at all times exemplify the Y values ofCaring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Oversee general appearance of all Store locations.

2. Performs any/all secretarial duties deemed necessary.

3. Will work all scheduled hours, including nights, weekends, and Holidays.

4. Completes all items on shift and weekly checklists with accuracy.

5. Sells and promotes all activities to guests.

6. Completes guest sign ups with 100% accuracy, both in person and over the phone.

7. Balancing the shift activity and entering daily shift information with 100% accuracy in RDP, and balancing the cash drawers.

8. Accurately completing all sales in Atrex, and a basic understanding of the system.

9. Assist with store inventory quarterly.

10. Provide quality guest service at all times.

11. Provide all guests with accurate information concerning all programs and activities.

12. Work with all staff members as a team player.

13. Other duties as assigned.
