  • Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the field sales team
  • Develop strategies for breaking into and expanding relationships within target accounts
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, conversations, and opportunities in the CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to improve messaging, campaigns, and outbound strategy
  • Consistently achieve activity, meeting, and pipeline-generation goals

What We're Looking For

  • 1-3 years of professional sales experience, ideally in an SDR, BDR, inside sales, or other outbound-focused role

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively engaging new prospects
  • Proven persistence and ability to handle rejection while maintaining consistent activity
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a polished, professional phone presence
  • Excellent written communication and follow-up skills
  • Organized and comfortable managing a high volume of prospects and sales activities
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or another CRM is preferred
  • Ability and interest in learning a technical product and communicating its value to sophisticated buyers
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Why This Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join an established but growing medical technology company with an innovative product and a significant national market opportunity.

You'll work closely with executives and play an important role in building pipeline and opening new accounts. For someone who enjoys outbound sales and wants to build experience selling into healthcare organizations, this role offers exposure to a complex, high-value B2B sales environment.

Benefits

The company offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
