Job Description

proven track record of success in finding and closing new business over the
phone to learning and development departments of large enterprises.
Ability to sell training software.
Thrive on achievement of accomplishing your personal quota
Understand Aziksa SaaS technology and our value proposition for customers
Excel in communicating the Aziksa advantage to prospects and customers and execute our sales
processes and methodologies
Be measured on meeting performance and other revenue and effectiveness metrics
Execute good forecasting and planning discipline using the company's tools and
methodologies
Learn and incorporate new products and capabilities, sales tactics and tools
Drive sales by well executed calling campaigns and participation in marketing
events and programs including trade shows, webinars and online meetings                 

Qualifications

Experience with enterprise software sales, in particular with cloud based learning system
A university degree and at least 2 or more years of experience as an inside
sales or lead development representative
Effective spoken and written English language communications skills
The ability to communicate well with executive-level prospects by phone, email,
face to face meetings and presentations
The ability to effectively research the business and technical profiles of key
target accounts
Great organizational skills and be able to collaborate productively with
colleagues at all levels
