Job Description

Operate as the primary point of contact for product orders from the field sales team. Receive orders and review for accuracy and completeness prior to entering them into the order system.

Expedite order process to ensure product orders are shipped on-time and to the correct locations.

Respond to regular and routine inquiries from the management and sales teams pertaining to product order statuses and installation schedules.

Assist with the definition and implementation of order processing documentation and systems.

Attend sales group meetings concerning sales processes and reporting.

Coordinate and administer the order tracking and deliver systems of the Company.

Capturing of accurate and complete information in Customer Relationship Management system (CRM)

Respond to inquiry calls from customers and dispatches the suitable customer service or installation team.

Collating and consolidating regular order performance reports.

Qualifications

Must have at a minimum a High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of relevant experience.

Must have a proven ability to effectively multi-task activities with shifting priorities.

Demonstrated sales support and training skills.

Experience in technology, software or an automotive sale is preferable.

Highly energetic and self-starter.
