YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
In this remote role, you will be vital to our sales team. You are constantly engaging with our customers, both new and old. You're following up with our current customer base, offering additional services, and gathering valuable feedback to ensure our services are top-notch. You reach out to all our unsold and unbooked leads to schedule inspections for our outside representatives and make new sales. You are the voice of our exciting "deal of the month," sharing new offers with customers. You also follow up with and close leads for our inside and outside sales reps, and you reach out to customers considering canceling their services to win them back. You are a natural at building relationships, and your efforts are key to our growth and customer satisfaction.
