Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team at EV Mode, LLC. The Sales Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by managing administrative tasks, streamlining sales operations, and ensuring effective follow-up with clients. Key Responsibilities


  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for B2B clients.
  • Sales Operations: Manage and maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce or similar), ensuring data integrity and timely updates on leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Client Follow-Up: Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and clients, scheduling meetings, sending reminders, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
