Job description

We're looking for a personable, motivated Entry-Level Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Treenova Inc. in Downers Grove, IL. This is an entry-level field sales position designed for individuals who are starting their career in sales and want hands-on experience working face-to-face with business clients in a supportive environment.

No prior telecom or B2B experience is required — we provide full paid sales training and build our reps from the ground up. If you've worked in sales, retail, hospitality, or any people-focused, face-to-face role, your skills will transfer directly. If you enjoy being out in the field, talking with business owners, and helping them find solutions, you'll do well here.

What You'll Do

  • Own a local territory and connect with new and existing business customers in person to provide telecom solutions
  • Conduct face-to-face visits with business owners and decision-makers to understand their needs
  • Answer questions and provide information about our products and services
  • Support customer accounts and help maintain positive, long-term relationships
  • Follow up with business clients to make sure they have what they need
  • Work with the team to ensure customers have a smooth experience
  • Keep CRM and account notes up to date

What We're Looking For

  • Sales, retail, hospitality, door-to-door, or any face-to-face people-focused experience is a strong plus (not required)
  • College students, recent graduates, and career-changers are welcomed
  • Comfortable communicating in a clear, friendly, and professional way
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
  • Well organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and student mentality
  • Reliable transportation for daily territory work

What We Offer

  • Uncapped commission with a weekly draw to provide runway while you ramp up
  • Full paid sales training — we build reps from the ground up, no telecom background needed
  • Protected territory and active leadership support in the field
  • Friendly, supportive team environment
  • Real-world experience working face-to-face with business clients
  • Fast-paced growth opportunities into sales leadership and executive roles
