Job description

Beach Cities Roofing is Southern California's trusted roofing contractor, serving residential communities and HOA-managed properties across four counties. We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

In this role, you will generate leads, attract new clients, and close deals within the HOA and property management channel. Your responsibilities will include building rapport with community managers and board members, evaluating their needs, creating effective sales strategies, and negotiating successful contracts. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality, exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, an established network in the HOA space, and a relentless drive to close.– Prospect and develop relationships with HOA boards, community managers, and property management companies

– Travel to appointments and meetings with potential and existing clients across your territory

– Conduct community-wide roof assessments and present findings to HOA decision-makers

– Create and implement an effective territory sales strategy

– Meet or exceed designated monthly and quarterly sales targets

– Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM

– Use best practices in negotiation and consultative sales techniques to close community-level contracts
