Overview

As a Territory Sales Professional you will sell cutting-edge healthcare nutritional products to both existing and new doctors as well as allied licensed healthcare providers. Leveraging your consultative selling skills and technical sales experience you will build strong relationships making monthly follow-up calls and closing new and repeat business. Your product knowledge, coupled with your ability to close new business while effectively managing current accounts will be key to your success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential healthcare professional customers through outbound calling on leads generated from medical webinars to produce new business opportunities

• Effectively manage and grow existing book of business to increase current customers’ product use

• Conduct consultative selling by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions that highlight product benefits

• Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel toward deal closing

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and maintaining clear communication throughout the sales cycle

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, in healthcare products, nutritional products or health-related CPG

• Ability to confidently communicate key product benefits tailored to doctors' needs

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone

• Experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or call center environments preferred

• Ability to learn basic science, handle medical paper summaries and communicate key features and benefits to doctors and their office staff - FULL company training provided

• Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to client communication and relationship building

MUST have extensive (minimum 7+ years or more), documented healthcare sales, disposables, or CPG or with proven close rate. Retirees welcomed.


MUST be able to work in Manalapan office (this is not a remote position) and able to both "Hunt" and "Farm".


Compensation includes base plus bonus plan and is first year potential only.
