Pay: $20/hr W2
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Location: 100% On-site Orlando, FL
Contract: 4+ months(possibility of extension)
Environment: Open office

Position Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Order Administrator to manage customer orders, quotations, order acknowledgements, order status, and RMA returns. The role will coordinate with customers, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and material planning teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and manage sales orders, quotations, order changes, and acknowledgements.
  • Maintain accurate customer, pricing, quantity, shipping, and delivery information in SAP/ERP.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, order changes, and expedite requests.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, purchasing, and planning teams.
  • Track shipments, backorders, delivery performance, and customer complaints.
  • Process RMAs, credits, exchanges, and missing documentation.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED + 2+ years relevant experience, or AA/AS + 1 year experience.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Sales Order Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Inventory, or Distribution.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred
  • SAP/ERP, EDI, MRP, or inventory system experience
  • Sales order/quotation experience
  • Aerospace, electronics, or spare parts experience
  • APICS/Inventory Planning or Supply Chain certification
