Sales Administrator role: This is a Full time Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm ONSITE role.
Overview of the Position:
Responsible for supporting the sales team with daily sales quota. This role for be and onsite role - Full time Monday - Friday 8am to 5 pm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and respond to Request for Quotes (RFQs) via email or telephone.
  • Perform market research on new and existing products.
  • Monitor quote activity and progression and provide customer updates as needed.
  • Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and capabilities.
  • Completes sales order data entry, change orders, amendments, and other related documentation. Including: obtaining purchase order acknowledgments from suppliers.
  • Assist sales and product management with reports and data and provide technical information as needed.
  • Ability to work weekends (AOG rotation staff)
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to summarize data and trends clearly.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relations with a wide range of vendors and customers.
  • Computer skills -- General MS-Excel, Word and quantum preferred.
  • Must speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work in high paced environment where multi-tasking is a must.

Education / Experience Requirements: No high school diploma or GED required. 1 year of experience in purchasing position(s) is preferred.
