Sales Admin – Schaumburg, IL
$45,000 - $50,000/Annually
We are looking for a Sales Admin to help process orders and support a region of sales reps. Hands-on training is provided. Personality is everything as you will be building relationships with long-term B2B customers.
Duties include a variety of related tasks, such as processing incoming orders, reaching out to customers, putting together quotes, checking inventory, tracking products, and supporting other duties related to the sales process.
Responsibilities and Expected Activities

  • Support the sales reps with their book of accounts, taking care of day-to-day needs and questions
  • Process incoming orders and enter them into the system
  • Building relationships and giving a high level of customer service to our long-time customers
  • Checking inventory levels, tracking, and letting clients know when orders will ship
  • Processing returns and working with accounting to give credits when needed
  • Working in an ERP system
  • Put together estimates and quotes
  • Pull sales and inventory reports
  • Create reports in excel
  • Help other sales admins as needed


Qualifications, Knowledge, And Requirements

  • 1-2 years of sales admin or customer service experience preferred
  • College degree required
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a proactive work style
  • Strong scheduling / coordination skills and comfortability with last-minute changes
  • Incredibly proactive and able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer operations (i.e., Outlook, Excel, Word, and ERP/database experience)
