We partner with equipment manufacturers, system suppliers, and industrial customers, providing experienced professionals for installation, commissioning, startup, and project execution.

For our Cape Coral, Fl office, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales & Office Administrator to support our sales activities and daily business operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic international environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other customer documentation.

Support sales activities by coordinating customer inquiries and maintaining accurate records.

Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and business partners in the United States and Europe.

Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, project documentation, and other administrative processes.

Maintain customer information and sales activities within our CRM system.

Assist with general office administration and day-to-day business operations.

Provide administrative support for project coordination and other internal departments as needed.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or bachelorโ€™s degree in business administration, office administration, industrial management, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of vocational training and relevant work experience.

Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required; German language skills are strongly preferred.

Two or more years of experience in sales support, office administration, customer service, or a similar administrative role.

Experience preparing quotations, invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and other business documentation.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel); experience with CRM software is preferred.

A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
