Sales Administration Assistant

Salary range $55-63K depending on experience

Hybrid possible after training period. Part time possible if interested.

Serving as a true extension of the sales team while leading a customer-focused sales administration and customer service function, this role supports sales growth, strengthens distributor relationships, and ensures consistent, high-quality customer experience across direct and distributor sales channels.

In this role, you will:

  • Act as an extension of the sales team, supporting daily sales activities and enabling sales growth
  • Support sales administration and customer service team supporting direct and distributor channels to ensure a consistency, high quality customer experience
  • Follow established customer service standards, workflows, and communication practices that deliver consistent customer experience
  • Own sales administration processes from quotation through order entry and invoicing
  • Maintain accurate data and reporting using ERP systems and CRM tools
  • Support sales reporting
  • Strengthen distributor relationships and enhance long-term customer loyalty
  • Serve as the key point of contact for customer and distributor issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution in coordination with internal teams
  • Coordinate closely with manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and finance teams to support order fulfillment and customer needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in sales support and customer service processes
