Sales Administrator

Pay: $25.00โ€“$27.00 per hour
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

Worldwide Foam is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to support our growing sales team. In this role, you'll manage customer pricing, coordinate sales inquiries, maintain accurate customer records, and ensure a seamless experience for both customers and internal teams. This position works closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Production, and Accounting to keep operations running efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and route incoming sales and marketing leads.
  • Maintain customer, prospect, pricing, and CRM/ERP records.
  • Prepare quotes and support market-based pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate customer onboarding and sample requests.
  • Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support while ensuring timely communication and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, pricing, or a similar administrative role.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
