Job Title: Production / Packing / RGA Associate
Location: Wappingers, NY
Shift: First Shift (7:00 AM โ 3:30 PM)
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Job Summary
Adecco is partenring with a client in Wappingers, NY and is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production / Packing / RGA Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting production, packing, and Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processes while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) using SAP.
Create and process production orders.
Print labels and maintain accurate production documentation.
Pack products according to company quality standards.
Operate a forklift and/or cherry picker to move materials throughout the warehouse.
Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.
Maintain an organized and safe work area.
Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous machine operator experience required.
Forklift experience required; cherry picker experience preferred. Candidates without cherry picker experience must be willing to learn.
Basic computer skills required, including the ability to work in SAP.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in packing and a light production environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Previous inventory control or cycle counting experience is a plus.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
