Job description

Job Title: Production / Packing / RGA Associate

Location: Wappingers, NY

Shift: First Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Job Summary

Adecco is partenring with a client in Wappingers, NY and is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production / Packing / RGA Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting production, packing, and Return Goods Authorization (RGA) processes while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

  • Process Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs) using SAP.

  • Create and process production orders.

  • Print labels and maintain accurate production documentation.

  • Pack products according to company quality standards.

  • Operate a forklift and/or cherry picker to move materials throughout the warehouse.

  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.

  • Maintain an organized and safe work area.

  • Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous machine operator experience required.

  • Forklift experience required; cherry picker experience preferred. Candidates without cherry picker experience must be willing to learn.

  • Basic computer skills required, including the ability to work in SAP.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in packing and a light production environment.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

  • Previous inventory control or cycle counting experience is a plus.

Schedule & Pay

  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

  • Pay: $20.00 per hour
