Job description

Adecco is partnering with a client in Wappingers NY and is seeking a reliable and motivated Production / Packing / RGA Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, packing, inventory control, and working in a light production environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and willingness to learn equipment operation as needed.Schedule & Pay
  • Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently

  • Pack and prepare products for shipment

  • Process RGA’s (Return Goods Authorizations) and production orders in SAP

  • Print labels and maintain accurate records

  • Assist with inventory control and cycle counting

  • Operate forklift and/or cherry picker equipment

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

  • Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines

  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as needed

Qualifications
  • Previous machine operator experience required

  • Forklift and/or cherry picker experience preferred

  • Willingness to learn cherry picker operation if no prior experience

  • Basic computer skills required

  • Experience using SAP is a plus

  • Minimum 2 years of packing or light production experience preferred

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

  • Inventory control or cycle counting experience is a plus

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment


Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
