Job description

Senior Sales Administrator | Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm | $23.00-$28.00/hour


Provides advanced operational and administrative support for eCommerce and digital retail business. The position coordinates online order management, customer portals, drop ship operations, fulfillment programs, inventory updates, EDI transactions, reporting, and cross-functional communication with Sales, Planning, Assembly, Customer Service, and Operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Process eCommerce and drop ship orders and maintain customer portals.
  • Review purchase order acknowledgments and customer requirements.
  • Manage Amazon, Walmart, TikTok and other eCommerce platform transactions.
  • Create, coordinate, monitor and reconcile FBA, WFS, FBT and other fulfillment shipments.
  • Monitor and resolve EDI transactions, errors and Help Desk requests.
  • Maintain item setup, inventory feeds and customer product information.
  • Prepare recurring sales, inventory and operational reports.
  • Coordinate backorders, inventory shortages and fulfillment priorities with Planning and Assembly.
  • Review tracking information and shipment status updates.
  • Review high-value orders and apply required shipping instructions.
  • Maintain item cross-references and inventory synchronization.
  • Process customer and internal sample requests.
  • Participate in forecasting and operational meetings and complete follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate assembly requests and special projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years administrative, sales support or eCommerce operations experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with exceptional attention to detail
