SUMMARY: This position is a key position within the Sales Division, providing support the VP and Director of sales in areas of sales commission, managing projects, administering reports and ensuring continuity of communication across the Sales organization.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Consistently monitor sales activity to ensure accurate commission can be calculated and paid out in a timely manner.
  • Create and develop visual presentations.
  • Handle confidential and non-routine information.
  • Work independently and within a team on special and nonrecurring and ongoing projects including planning and coordinating multiple presentations and disseminating information.
  • Sets priorities with multiple executives and manages office staff.
  • Manage and follow through with managers on commitments and reviews management reports for errors and incorrect data.
  • Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, etc.
  • Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.

  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
  • Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
  • This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the incumbent must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the public image.
  • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image. A strategic planner with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and strong operational focus. A well-organized and self-directed individual who is a team player.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least (2) years related experience.
  • Previous experience managing highly sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
Hourly Pay Range $25.00 - $30.00
