HUBSPOT ADMIN - SALES ENABLEMENT

We are excited to welcome a HubSpot Admin - Sales Enablement professional into the Marketing and Sales team to serve as the strategic owner and day-to-day administrator of our HubSpot platform. This role ensures HubSpot is optimized to support sales effectiveness, pipeline visibility, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, and leadership. The ideal candidate is both technically strong in HubSpot and business-minded, with the ability to translate sales and marketing needs into scalable CRM solutions and has a strong understanding and utilization of AI to enhance various sales processes/communications.

This position is onsite in our Edina, MN corporate office. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

HubSpot Administration & Optimization

  • Own the configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HubSpot (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and CRM).
  • Act as key liaison to HubSpot for our companies and meet routinely with support contact to stay updated on new features.
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, objects, properties, workflows, pipelines, and lifecycle stages.
  • Ensure HubSpot architecture supports staffing and consulting sales motions, including lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-placement workflows.

Sales Enablement Support

  • Partner with Sales/Marketing Leadership to align HubSpot with sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales activity, pipeline health, conversion rates, and performance metrics.
  • Support adoption by simplifying workflows and improving usability for sales and marketing teams.

Training & Enablement

  • Serve as the internal HubSpot subject matter expert.
  • Create and deliver HubSpot training, documentation, and coordinate routine open office hours to support ongoing adoption for our Sales Team.
  • Support new hire onboarding related to CRM usage.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
  • Stay current on HubSpot features and recommend new capabilities that enable sales opportunities and drive business value.

Data Management & Integrations

  • Ensure CRM data integrity, hygiene, and governance across both organizations.
  • Manage integrations with key systems (e.g., ATS, marketing tools, analytics platforms).
  • Oversee data imports, deduplication, and enrichment processes.

Automation & Process Improvement

  • Design and deploy workflows and automation to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve speed-to-lead and follow-up.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2–4+ years of hands-on HubSpot administration experience (Sales Hub experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, sales pipelines, and reporting.
  • Strong AI utilization with specific application/use cases for sales and/or marketing.
  • Experience building sequences, workflows, dashboards, and custom objects/properties.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • HubSpot certifications (Admin and Sales Hub) preferred.
  • Experience supporting sales teams in staffing, consulting, or professional services environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with ATS or recruiting technology integrations preferred.
  • Experience working with Sales Enablement or Revenue Operations teams preferred.
