Samba is seeking a Revenue Systems Administrator who is an experienced Salesforce certified Admin who is looking to own the whole GTM Tech Stack. The ideal candidate excels in a fast paced environment and ties to tools together to help the Revenue Org move quickly. They have experience leveraging AI Tools to optimize system use and efficiencies for GTM Team Members.
What you'll do
Own and administer Samba's GTM tech stack, including Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Gong, People.AI (Backstory), Slack Elevate, and associated plug-in tools
Partner with Go-to-Market, Finance, Marketing Operations, and Executive Leadership to understand business needs and design system solutions that improve Sales and Customer Success operations
Manage day-to-day administration across all GTM platforms: user lifecycle (onboarding/offboarding), roles, permissions, profiles, and team structure changes
Implement and maintain Salesforce configuration changes including Flows, fields, dashboards, page layouts, and the Forecasting module
Administer and optimize Gong call intelligence - manage team structure, scorecards, trackers, and integration with Salesforce
Maintain and evolve People.AI/Backstory for activity capture, pipeline insights, and rep performance visibility
Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to ensure clean data flow between HubSpot and Salesforce, and support cross-functional GTM initiatives
Resolve support tickets and provide responsive troubleshooting across all GTM systems
Perform data loads and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across platforms
Develop training materials and conduct enablement sessions to drive platform adoption
Test and deploy updates, integrations, and automation across the GTM stack
Keep current with new features and releases across all platforms to continuously optimize the stack
Manage relationships with external system vendors and internal stakeholders across multiple time zones
Who You Are
Proven experience as a primary Salesforce Administrator, including Sales Cloud certification
Power user of Slack; experience with Slack AI/Elevate
Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing Operations teams and familiarity with HubSpot as a collaborator (not required to be the HubSpot admin)
Expertise with Salesforce configuration (Flows, dashboards, page layouts, Forecasting)
Experience with Claude AI, including building custom skills, using Claude Cowork as an efficiency tool, and leveraging it as a GTM resource
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions
Experience with Google Workspace, JIRA, and Slack
Willingness to support stakeholders across multiple time zones
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of the Advertising, Media, Data, and Measurement landscape a plus

Samba TV expects to offer a base salary between $120,000 - $130,000 per year for roles to be performed in New York; actual base salary offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. Base salary is just one component of Samba TV's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include bonuses, short-term incentives, and long-term incentives.
