Title: HubSpot Administrator

Location:Sioux Falls, SD (This is an on-site position)

Job Responsibilities:

The HubSpot Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing BFI's HubSpot account.

  • Maximize inbound traffic. Refine and redevelop web presence for optimal SEO and AI search.

  • Track paid channels and suggest improvements.

  • Maintain data integrity. Audit and clean databases.

  • Build and maintain frameworks for reporting and analytics.

  • Build and run email campaigns.

  • Configure sales pipelines, workflows, and automation.

  • Maximize HubSpot's potential; identify then implement underutilized features.

  • Create training documentation as relevant, in particular to support onboarding of new hires.

  • Serve as resource for internal users to field questions, support priorities, functionality, planning, and integrations.

Location & Compensation: The expectation is 10-20 hours per week. Position will be at BFI's Sioux Falls, SD location. Pay is $52 per hour or, for exceptionally well qualified hires, more.
